Out-of-Town Guest Info
The wedding reception takes place at the Hilton DeSoto in the Madison Ballroom. The ceremony site is located just a few steps outside the back entrance to the Hilton DeSoto. For your convenience, rooms have been reserved at the Hilton DeSoto for a discounted group rate of $139 per night (+tax). Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and will be available until Friday, August 6, 2010.

**Tip** If you have more than 2 guest staying in your room, just request two double beds, but say there are only two guests, otherwise you may get charged extra for each additional adult.
